Amazon is hiring a Fleet Operations Manager to oversee fleet safety, compliance, and customer sentiment in Austria. Who you are

You have a strong background in fleet management and operations, with a focus on safety and compliance. Your experience includes executing business strategies and simplifying solutions to achieve optimal outcomes. You are adept at managing multiple stakeholders and can influence decisions effectively. You understand the importance of vehicle readiness and customer experience, and you are skilled at analyzing data to drive improvements. You are comfortable with travel, as this role requires you to visit various locations within Austria and occasionally across Europe.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all vehicles in your region are roadworthy and compliant with local regulations and Amazon standards. You will conduct audits and gather feedback to maintain high operational standards. You will execute existing fleet initiatives and support new product launches, working closely with delivery partners to enhance fleet management practices. Your role will involve collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address complex operational challenges. You will also manage vehicle operational readiness and cosmetic standards, using data analysis to secure a positive customer experience.
