What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of skilled hardware development engineers, guiding them through the design and implementation of hardware components for AWS infrastructure. You will collaborate with silicon suppliers and ODMs to ensure that all hardware meets the high-quality standards expected by AWS. Your responsibilities will include defining implementation strategies, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring that the team delivers on its roadmap.
You will be responsible for maintaining a healthy fleet of EC2 servers, ensuring that all core hardware components are functioning optimally. Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions that enhance AWS services. You will also play a key role in mentoring team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers within the organization.
