Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in hardware design engineering, particularly in developing printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) from concept through production. Your experience includes designing high-speed digital and/or System on Chip (SoC) circuitry, and you understand the complexities of how your designs impact various downstream partners such as operations and supply chain.

You are intellectually curious and have a proven track record of solving complex problems effectively. You will design and optimize various blocks of electronic sub-systems, ensuring that they meet the high standards required for low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity.

You will lead and review schematic designs, collaborating with various teams to ensure that your designs are not only innovative but also practical and manufacturable. Your role will involve engaging with third-party suppliers to drive the product definition and testing phases, ensuring that all components meet the necessary specifications and quality standards.

You will have the opportunity to own your designs from concept through production, contributing to the mission of providing affordable and reliable connectivity to underserved communities around the world. Your work will directly impact the success of the Amazon LEO initiative, making a difference in the lives of many.
