What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for responding to inquiries from associates through various channels, including in-person, email, and phone. You will assist with a broad range of benefits, policy, and payroll topics, ensuring that associates receive the support they need. You will work closely with the Customer Service team to help create a positive workplace environment. Your role will involve maintaining an appropriate level of confidentiality while addressing associate concerns and escalating issues when necessary. You will also have the opportunity to learn about HR processes and policies at Amazon, gaining valuable experience in the field.
