What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with HR leaders and management on various people-related projects aimed at creating an engaging workplace environment. You will handle day-to-day HR-related questions and administrative tasks, such as managing new-starter processes and overseeing time and attendance reviews. Your responsibilities will include using internal dashboards to generate reports for leadership, providing insights that help shape HR strategies.
You will plan and implement initiatives designed to enhance employee wellbeing and experience on-site, ensuring that employees feel supported and engaged. Running audits to ensure compliance with company processes, data protection, and local employment laws will be a critical part of your role. You will also support leaders in your team on different projects, collecting feedback from employees and running activities to achieve the best results for customers.
