What you'll do

As an Infrastructure Delivery Installation Technician, you will be responsible for supporting the design, planning, delivery, and operation of AWS global infrastructure. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers, to ensure that AWS data centers run smoothly. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving issues related to servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment.

You will assist in developing innovative ways to automate and scale our network, contributing to the overall efficiency of AWS operations. Your work will directly impact the ability of customers to access the cloud services they rely on. You will be part of a diverse team that values bold ideas and empowers you to take ownership of your projects from start to finish.
