What you'll do
As an Infrastructure Operations Technician at Amazon Web Services, you will drive the stability and sustainability of our next-generation networks. Your responsibilities will include assisting in capacity scaling support across several data center locations, ensuring that our infrastructure can handle the demands of our customers. You will collaborate with Network Scaling Leadership and Technical Program Managers to facilitate smooth project execution.
You will leverage your experience to manage and support AWS's vast network infrastructure, establishing best practices and refining operational procedures. Your role will involve regular interaction with internal customers and external vendors, ensuring that all aspects of network operations are executed seamlessly. You will be part of a team that is dedicated to keeping the cloud running, tackling complex challenges and contributing to the overall success of AWS infrastructure services.
