You have a background as an IT Specialist or IT Electronics Engineer and are ready to contribute to the Data Center Operations (DCO) team. Your troubleshooting skills will be essential as you work with various hardware and software issues, ensuring the availability of critical infrastructure.
You possess a strong understanding of IT systems and are comfortable diagnosing and resolving infrastructure problems. Your ability to communicate effectively with your support team will be crucial as you become the primary resolver for technical issues. What you'll do
As a Data Center Technician, you will oversee the operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure and hardware for data centers in AWS Cloud regions.
