You are an experienced IT Support Engineer with a strong focus on customer service and technical expertise. You have a deep understanding of IT standards, systems, and equipment, enabling you to provide high-quality support to Amazon's corporate employees. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working independently or with partner teams to manage projects effectively. Your adaptability allows you to quickly learn new processes and procedures, and you take pride in mentoring others within your team. You are a problem-solver who takes initiative to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide variety of specialized hardware and software issues, ensuring that employees have the tools they need to succeed.
What you'll do
