What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the overall availability and reliability of AWS data center operations. You will perform hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs as needed. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and specialists to ensure that all safety standards are met and maintained. You will participate in safety initiatives and projects to foster a strong safety culture within the team. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues and providing timely solutions to ensure that customers have continual access to AWS services. You will also assist in the planning and execution of operational tasks to support the infrastructure's efficiency and effectiveness.
