You are a motivated individual eager to support data center operations at Amazon Web Services (AWS) in Brazil. You possess strong organizational skills and effective communication abilities, allowing you to work both independently and as part of a team. Your capacity to react quickly to issues is essential for success in this role. You are comfortable with hardware and network diagnostics, and you are willing to participate in on-call rotations as needed. You understand the importance of maintaining service levels and are committed to ensuring the reliability of data center operations.
Desirable

What you'll do
