Overview

Amazon is seeking a Channel Team Lead for their transportation team in Bengaluru. You'll be responsible for account management, market mapping, and driving growth for channel partners. This role requires strong leadership and operational skills.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally within a logistics or retail environment. Your experience includes account identification and acquisition, where you've successfully mapped markets and onboarded new accounts. You excel in managing relationships with channel partners, driving their business growth through strategic planning and execution.

You are skilled in delivering training and coaching, ensuring that all team members understand Amazon's processes and operating models. Your ability to analyze performance data allows you to make informed recommendations and action plans that enhance business outcomes. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with field visits to maintain strong relationships with partners.

What you'll do

As a Channel Team Lead, you will oversee the operations at our Delivery Centers, focusing on I.H.S operations and EDSP management. You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new retail accounts, ensuring that they are effectively onboarded and integrated into Amazon's ecosystem. Your role will involve regular field visits to maintain relationships and drive performance improvements.

You will develop and execute strategic account plans that align with Amazon's business goals, ensuring that channel partners achieve their growth targets. Your responsibilities will also include delivering training sessions to partners, helping them understand Amazon's products and processes. You will maintain routine reporting on store performance, using data to inform your strategies and recommendations.
