You have a strong background in logistics and operations management, ideally with experience in third-party logistics (3PL). You understand the complexities of managing external logistics providers and are committed to achieving operational excellence. What you'll do
In this role, you will manage the quality, performance, costs, and capacity of external logistics providers for Amazon's AMXL operations in France. You will lead a team of specialists and oversee daily operations, ensuring that logistics processes are efficient and cost-effective. You will contribute to strategic projects within the Fulfillment, Supply Chain, and Transport teams across Europe, supporting business growth and expanding service offerings. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer experience metrics and implementing improvements to enhance service delivery. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and drive operational success.
