You possess strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously. You are comfortable using data to analyze training effectiveness and are willing to provide constructive feedback to instructors and peer trainers. Your ability to communicate clearly and effectively will help you foster a positive learning environment.

What you'll do

As a Learning Associate, you will coordinate and execute training for all process paths in the Fulfillment Center. You will act as a supervisor for instructors and peer trainers, ensuring that training records are kept up to date and that training materials are delivered according to standards. You will analyze data daily to improve the new hire learning experience and provide feedback to instructors on their delivery.

You will organize and monitor cross-training for operations to support peak skill requirements and work with operations on a skill matrix to highlight gaps for critical role training. Additionally, you will support the recruitment of instructors and peer trainers, attend meetings to provide necessary information, and collaborate with agency managers to enhance new hire performance.
