What you'll do
As a Learning Experience Designer at Amazon, you will be responsible for designing and developing creative, learner-centered training materials. You will create interactive eLearning modules and videos that facilitate onboarding and skill development for SSD leaders and associates. Your role will involve owning the creation of assessments and measurement tools to evaluate training effectiveness.
You will facilitate scoping meetings with subject-matter experts to gather insights and drive training communication updates. Your ability to manage multiple initiatives will be crucial as you work to ensure that all training programs are aligned with business goals and learner needs. You will also be responsible for evaluating the impact of training programs and making recommendations for improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
