You have a strong background in logistics and process improvement, with experience applying LEAN principles and methodologies like Kaizen to enhance operational efficiency. You are skilled in mapping workflows and identifying bottlenecks, enabling you to design and implement effective future-state processes. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data-driven insights to uncover inefficiencies and deliver measurable results. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with operations teams to ensure the highest standards of safety and security in logistics operations. What you'll do
As a Logistics Process Improvement Specialist, you will lead targeted process improvement projects across our Data Center logistics operations. You will apply LEAN, Kaizen, and other operational excellence tools to deliver measurable results. Your responsibilities will include mapping current workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and partnering with operations teams to design and implement future-state processes that reduce waste, shorten cycle times, and improve accuracy. You will work hands-on with logistics teams to ensure that the best results are achieved for our customers, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of AWS infrastructure services.
