What you'll do
In this role, you will manage day-to-day transportation operations for the AWS Cloud Logistics team, ensuring that logistics processes run smoothly and efficiently. You will collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers, to deliver high standards for AWS infrastructure services. Your responsibilities will include pulling and reviewing data to identify areas for process improvement and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
You will be tasked with influencing and working closely with carriers to optimize transportation operations. Your role will involve analyzing logistics data to make informed decisions that drive improvements and standardize processes across the team. You will also be responsible for communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on logistics strategies and objectives.
