Amazon is hiring a Loss Prevention Specialist to lead security efforts in their Delivery Centers. You'll focus on asset protection and process improvements using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. This role is based in Cuautitlán Izcalli, Mexico.
Job Description
Who you are
You are a proactive individual with a strong focus on security and asset protection. You understand the importance of metrics and performance indicators, and you are skilled in enhancing and reporting on these metrics to drive improvements. You are familiar with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements and can ensure compliance in your area of responsibility. You have experience in conducting investigations related to theft and fraud, and you are comfortable interviewing individuals when necessary. You inspire excellence in your team and align your actions with the organization's vision and values.
What you'll do
As a Loss Prevention Specialist at Amazon, you will lead security services in a designated fulfillment center. Your responsibilities will include tracking and reporting on key performance indicators to ensure that desired outcomes are achieved. You will assist with investigations of internal and external theft and fraud, conducting interviews as appropriate. You will also identify and implement security best practices, serving as a liaison and subject matter expert for facility management. Utilizing Lean and Six Sigma methods, you will drive process improvements to enhance security operations.
