Who you are

You have a strong background in machine learning and compiler design, with experience in optimizing performance for complex models. Your expertise in Python and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and JAX enable you to transform ML models effectively for deployment on AWS Inferentia and Trainium. You are skilled in solving challenging compiler optimization problems, ensuring that various ML model families achieve optimum performance. Your technical communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, driving the success of the Neuron compiler.

You understand the intricacies of large language models and other advanced ML architectures, which helps you make informed decisions about compiler implementations. Your experience in object-oriented programming languages equips you with the tools needed to tackle complex software challenges. You are passionate about contributing to the AI revolution and democratizing access to AI technologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for building the next generation of the Neuron compiler, which is crucial for optimizing ML models for AWS's custom chips. You will work closely with various ML frameworks to ensure seamless deployment and performance enhancement. Your responsibilities will include solving hard compiler optimization problems and collaborating with teams to bring new products and features to market.
