You enjoy mentoring technicians, helping them grow in their roles, and acting as a reference point for engineers in the RME team. Your problem-solving skills enable you to address equipment issues effectively, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth operations.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will supervise maintenance technicians, ensuring they have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their tasks effectively. You will be responsible for planning additional maintenance tasks as required and conducting inspections to assess equipment performance. You will also contribute to the development of solutions that enhance systems and standardize processes across the European network. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring team performance, providing training, and collaborating with engineers to implement innovative maintenance strategies.
