You have extensive experience in marketing management, particularly within the theatrical space, and a proven track record of leading successful marketing campaigns. Your strategic vision allows you to anticipate trends and translate insights into actionable plans that drive audience engagement. You are skilled in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with diverse audiences, ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence across multiple campaigns. Your ability to foster relationships with creative partners and agencies is key to your success, as you guide creative direction for high-stakes marketing initiatives. You are committed to team development, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovative problem-solving and cross-functional leadership.
Desirable
Experience in the entertainment industry, particularly in theatrical marketing, is a plus. Familiarity with global marketing strategies and the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders will enhance your effectiveness in this role. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives for multiple high-profile theatrical releases each year. You will develop and implement go-to-market plans that are globally minded while ensuring they are tailored to the domestic market. Your innovative thinking will drive audience engagement, and you will be responsible for creating impressive campaign presentations for both internal and external stakeholders. You will manage relationships with creative partners and agencies, approving and guiding the creative direction of marketing initiatives to meet territory requirements.
