What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team at Amazon's Frankenthal site. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, adhering to the highest safety standards. You will implement the latest technologies to improve maintenance processes and identify new methods to enhance operational efficiency.
You will work closely with your team to develop and execute maintenance plans, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally. Your leadership will guide the team in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring team members, helping them to develop their skills and advance their careers within the company.
Collaboration with other departments will be key to your success, as you will need to communicate effectively with various stakeholders to align maintenance activities with operational goals. You will also be involved in strategic planning, contributing to the development of long-term maintenance strategies that support Amazon's commitment to innovation and excellence.
What we offer
Amazon offers a permanent contract with an attractive compensation package, including restricted stock units. If you are relocating for this position, you will receive a relocation bonus of $7,500 if your home address is at least 80 km from the Frankenthal site.
