What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the mechanical design of new components for Amazon Prime Air's drone systems. You will be responsible for developing, maturing, and documenting designs, ensuring that they meet all necessary specifications and regulations. You will conduct tests to qualify avionics components and work closely with external vendors to support manufacturing processes. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and safety of our delivery systems, helping to deliver items to customers quickly and cost-effectively.
You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and scientists, sharing your insights and expertise to drive the project forward. You will also participate in design reviews and provide feedback to ensure that all designs align with project goals and timelines. Your role will involve continuous interaction with various stakeholders, including project managers and external partners, to ensure successful project execution.

Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $117,300.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
