Who you are
You have a solid foundation in computer vision and are familiar with multimodal encoders — your hands-on experience training multimodal models sets you apart. You possess end-to-end machine learning pipeline experience, spanning data curation, model training, and production deployment, which is essential for this role. Your expertise in large language models (LLMs) allows you to leverage them effectively in your work, particularly in using LLMs as evaluators for model performance.
You are passionate about creating personalized experiences and understand the importance of user intent in e-commerce. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, ensures that you can contribute to building scalable, agentic systems that enhance customer journeys. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to tackle complex challenges in machine learning and data science.
Desirable
Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, is a plus, as it aligns with Amazon's infrastructure. Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data-driven decision-making will help you excel in this role. You are also open to learning new technologies and methodologies that can enhance your contributions to the team.
What you'll do
