Who you are

You have at least 5+ years of design and art direction experience with an expert ability to develop innovative creative work across high volume digital campaign events. You understand how best to translate corporate style guides and customize them for the campaign at hand. You are well-versed in graphic design and have a strong portfolio showcasing your creative vision and execution. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling campaigns that resonate with customers. Your strategic thinking allows you to blend hands-on design with overarching brand goals, ensuring visual consistency across all platforms. You are also passionate about mentoring others, guiding junior designers, and fostering a culture of creativity and excellence within your team.

What you'll do

As a Brand Designer II at Amazon's Device Brand Studio, you will lead the creative vision for high-impact seasonal campaigns and major product launches. You will drive concept development and execute creative strategies that span Amazon.com, ensuring that each campaign aligns with the brand's identity and objectives. Collaborating with product marketing managers and senior leaders, you will define timelines and lead the development of breakthrough creative concepts. Your role will involve adapting style guides for each device brand while maintaining visual consistency across owned and operated channels. You will also explore how AI can streamline asset production, working closely with engineers and creatives to shape the future of scalable, high-volume creative work. Your responsibilities will include mentoring the design production team based in Costa Rica, ensuring their output meets the quality standards you set. You will be instrumental in translating complex, technical ideas into memorable customer experiences, making a significant impact on the brand's presence in the market.
