Amazon is hiring a Process Lead (Arabic) for Alexa Shopping Operations to enhance customer experience through data generation and annotations. You'll work with AI and LLMs to improve shopping features. This role requires experience in process management and operational escalations.

You have a strong background in managing process and operational escalations, demonstrating your ability to drive data-oriented analysis and implement technology solutions effectively. Your experience in stakeholder communication across multiple lines of business allows you to manage operational milestones and process changes seamlessly. You are a subject matter expert in identifying gaps in process areas and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve these gaps efficiently.
