You have a strong background in buying, marketing, or finance, with a proven track record of successful relationship management. Your analytical acumen allows you to generate and manage reporting and analysis effectively, ensuring that you can make data-driven decisions that impact the business positively. You possess excellent communication skills, which are essential for collaborating with multiple teams and vendors. Your proficiency in Excel is a key asset that supports your analytical capabilities. You are a self-starter who takes ownership of projects and business problems, driving them to successful outcomes.

What you'll do

In this role, you will develop long-term strategies that significantly influence cross-category plans. You will work cross-functionally within Amazon and with strategic vendors to implement scalable and automated solutions that address customer pain points. Your responsibilities will include creating opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, and brand-building across multiple sub-categories. You will regularly audit metrics to determine and prioritize business opportunities, identify risks, and make recommendations for pursuit. Additionally, you will identify industry trends and develop innovative marketing and merchandising initiatives to support growth while driving strategic negotiations with vendors.
