What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the guardian of change at your site, overseeing the entire change load for operations. You will coordinate activities aimed at improving the distribution station, including documenting tasks and communicating changes effectively. You will lead the end-to-end change management process, engaging with teams to identify catalysts for change and ensuring that operational changes are executed smoothly. Your role will be integral to the governance of ongoing changes at the site, ensuring compliance and acceptance of new processes among team members.
