Who you are
You are a creative and self-motivated internal communications specialist with a strong background in data analysis and campaign management. You have experience working collaboratively with diverse teams and are passionate about creating employee-focused communications that resonate with various audiences. You understand the importance of audience research and insights, and you are skilled at adapting global content for local relevance, particularly in the LATAM markets.
You possess excellent communication skills and have a proven track record of delivering large-scale global communications plans. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring that all communications are aligned with strategic goals. Your ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in North America, Mexico, and Brazil to implement internal communications campaigns that support Amazon's Operations Internal Communications team. You will be responsible for adapting global content to meet the needs of regional teams, ensuring that communications are effective and impactful. You will collaborate with the OIC Research, Insights, and Strategic Campaigns global lead to ensure that content is utilized effectively and meets the needs of operations employees across multiple geographies.
You will engage in audience research to understand what matters most to operations employees and use these insights to inform your communications strategies. Your role will involve creating and managing campaigns that promote global sustainability initiatives and other key messages, ensuring that they resonate with local audiences. You will also measure the effectiveness of your campaigns and report on their outcomes, using data to continuously improve future communications efforts.
