What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the forefront of transforming workplace safety culture at Amazon. You will drive comprehensive safety programs through data-driven strategies, leading daily safety audits and incident investigations. Your responsibilities will include implementing innovative solutions to prevent injuries and delivering engaging safety training to associates. You will serve as the designated safety champion for your building, building relationships and influencing positive change within the organization.

You will also be responsible for championing continuous improvement initiatives that enhance workplace safety while maintaining operational efficiency. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that safety standards are met and that employees are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to work safely. You will play a critical role in Amazon's mission to become Earth's safest place to work, making a lasting impact on the safety culture within the organization.
