Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in energy portfolio management, with a strong understanding of wholesale energy markets both in India and globally. Your analytical skills enable you to formulate and execute effective plans and projects that drive results. You are adept at managing energy contracts and strategies, ensuring optimal performance of energy assets.
You possess a deep understanding of renewable energy procurement and large load energy supply strategies. Your ability to analyze and report on portfolio performance is complemented by your expertise in developing strategies that improve renewable revenues and reduce energy costs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will execute transactions related to energy supply and market operations, including carbon-free energy and ancillary services. You will lead the development and implementation of portfolio management strategies that balance risk and financial performance. Your responsibilities will include creating and monitoring financial and risk metrics, ensuring compliance with energy risk management policies.
You will provide market subject matter expertise and conduct tariff research to support the structuring and negotiation of power contracts in various global regions. Your role will also involve measuring, analyzing, and reporting on portfolio performance to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
