Onsite Medical Representative • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have experience in a medical or health-related field, ideally with a focus on workplace safety and health. You are comfortable assessing and administering first aid, and you have a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and risk analysis. You are passionate about advocating for health and wellness principles, and you enjoy interacting with employees to support their wellbeing. You are a team player who collaborates effectively with site managers and specialists to enhance safety operations.

Desirable

Experience in a corporate or industrial setting is a plus, as is familiarity with case management processes. You may have certifications in first aid or occupational health, which would further enhance your qualifications for this role.

What you'll do

As an Onsite Medical Representative, you will be responsible for providing first aid support to Amazon Associates and referring them to outside medical providers when necessary. You will attend weekly safety committee meetings and engage with new hires to ensure they understand health and safety protocols. Your role will involve assessing injuries and illnesses, both occupational and non-occupational, and offering guidance to associates on health-related matters. You will collaborate with the WHS Site Manager and other specialists to promote a culture of safety and wellbeing at the site.
