What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of multiple members, focusing on their development and support. You will actively engage with your team to enhance workplace engagement and implement improvements based on their feedback. You will be responsible for overseeing safety, quality, and efficiency in your designated processes, leading daily safety activities and quality checks.

You will manage all aspects of operations within the logistics center, ensuring that customer orders are delivered on time and in full. This includes planning and managing daily operations, addressing fluctuations in workload, and responding to unexpected challenges such as labor shortages or system issues. You will also lead projects aimed at improving safety and productivity, collaborating with various departments to achieve operational goals.
