What you'll do

As an Operations Manager at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in the expansion and growth of the AU Fulfillment Center. You will supervise a team of Area Managers and their direct reports, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include defining process flows and shaping standard work routines as operations scale up.

You will coordinate numerous process improvement projects aimed at streamlining activities for both yourself and your team. Your innovative ideas and willingness to challenge the status quo will be key to driving success in this role. You will report directly to the Site Lead and collaborate closely with other leaders in the fulfillment center to achieve operational excellence.
