You have experience in maintenance and repair of technical systems, ensuring their continuous operation in a logistics environment. You are committed to upholding the highest safety standards and preventing machine downtimes, demonstrating a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. You are skilled in executing preventive maintenance measures across a variety of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. You possess strong problem-solving skills, enabling you to quickly diagnose and repair technical issues as they arise. You are also dedicated to supporting the development and professional growth of apprentices at the site, fostering a collaborative learning environment. You understand the importance of continuous improvement and actively participate in projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and implementing best practices across various locations.
What you'll do
As an Instandhaltungstechniker, you will be on-site at one of our logistics centers, responding swiftly to technical disruptions. You will carry out a series of planned preventive maintenance measures on equipment to ensure their safe operation. Additionally, you will respond promptly to breakdowns and failures, investigating the causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime. You will utilize the latest tools and technologies to maximize equipment effectiveness and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and practices. Your role will also involve collaborating with other team members on projects aimed at continuous improvement and the introduction of best practices across multiple EU sites.
