Overview

Amazon is hiring a S&OP Program Manager to drive business planning and execution within the MENA-T S&OP team. You'll leverage your expertise in forecasting and program management to enhance customer and seller experiences. This role requires 3+ years of experience in program or project management.

Who you are

You are an experienced supply chain professional with a strong background in program management and a knack for driving data-driven discussions. With over 3 years of experience in program or project management, you have successfully collaborated with both technical and non-technical teams to achieve business objectives. Your exceptional analytical and planning skills enable you to set up robust processes that improve forecasting accuracy and minimize costs while maximizing customer and seller experiences.

You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership effectively. Your experience in Sales & Operations Planning and Inventory Management equips you with the knowledge to support business growth in constrained environments through innovative solutions. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about implementing scalable processes and best practices from various geographies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a bridge between business and operations teams, ensuring seamless business planning and execution during peak and off-peak periods. You will be responsible for driving critical decisions and program managing initiatives across cross-functional teams. Your primary focus will be on improving forecasting accuracy and minimizing supply chain losses by identifying and implementing available tools and automation.
