What you'll do

As a Software Development Engineer on the AWS Vulnerability Management team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing next-generation vulnerability management systems that operate at cloud scale. You will collaborate with AWS service teams to integrate security controls and conduct vulnerability assessments, ensuring that security measures are seamlessly embedded within the development lifecycle.

You will participate in the full software development lifecycle, from design through deployment and maintenance, ensuring that the systems you build are not only effective but also efficient. Your role will involve handling complex challenges related to scaling vulnerability management across AWS's ever-growing infrastructure, requiring you to think critically and creatively.

You will also have the opportunity to work on machine learning-based systems that predict and prioritize vulnerabilities, leveraging your knowledge of data science to enhance security protocols.
