What you'll do

As a Software Development Engineer II, you will take ownership of developing critical platform capabilities for Amazon's advertiser controls — this includes building the AI engineering infrastructure that powers bidding systems. You will design systems for model fine-tuning and reinforcement learning, ensuring that they are reliable and scalable. You will also create evaluation frameworks that assess the performance of these systems, contributing to the overall success of the Advertiser Controls team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and scientists, to understand advertiser needs and translate them into actionable technical solutions. Your role will involve developing agent-to-agent communication protocols that facilitate seamless interaction between AI systems, enhancing their ability to work together effectively.
