Desirable

Experience with additional CRM systems or cloud services is a plus, as is familiarity with data analytics tools that can enhance decision-making processes. A certification in Salesforce or AWS would further strengthen your candidacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will architect, design, and build scalable and integrated solutions for Amazon Shipping's sales, marketing, and operations teams. You will collaborate with technology partners and leaders to ensure that the solutions you develop align with the business development needs of Amazon Shipping. Your responsibilities will include defining technical initiatives that enhance system availability, latency, and performance, as well as driving the integration of various tools and services to streamline workflows.

You will work closely with product and program managers to identify challenges and provide innovative solutions using Salesforce and AWS services. Your role will involve simplifying existing systems and processes to improve sales experiences, ensuring that the solutions you implement are efficient and scalable. You will also contribute to the strategic direction of cloud technology solutions that will be rolled out to commercial teams, ensuring that they meet the evolving needs of the business.
