What you'll do

In this role, you will conduct comprehensive safety audits to identify and mitigate potential workplace risks. You will analyze safety metrics and incident trends to design targeted risk-reduction strategies. Supporting operations teams, you will help implement and maintain compliance with safety policies, ensuring a safe working environment for all associates.

You will collaborate closely with site leaders to develop and execute continuous improvement projects, contributing to innovative safety solutions. Your responsibilities will also include investigating and documenting safety incidents, generating detailed reports, and providing actionable recommendations to enhance workplace safety.
