What you'll do

As a Network Deployment Technician, you will drive the stability and sustainability of AWS's next-generation networks. Your responsibilities will include scaling support for multiple data center locations and assisting with capacity management on a day-to-day basis. You will collaborate closely with Network Leadership and Technical Project Managers to ensure smooth project execution.

You will establish and follow best practices for network management and support, contributing to the overall operational excellence of AWS's vast network infrastructure. Your role will involve regular peer and customer interaction, allowing you to leverage your experience to improve processes and outcomes.
