Who you are

You have a strong background in network engineering and project management, with experience leading medium to large-scale cabling deployments. Your expertise in AWS infrastructure services allows you to understand the complexities of data center operations and the importance of maintaining high standards for safety and security. You are skilled in engaging with external contractors and managing project stakeholders to ensure that all cabling requirements are met efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working alongside software, hardware, and network engineers to solve challenging problems. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality assessment make you a valuable asset to any team.

What you'll do

As the Network Deployment Lead, you will take end-to-end ownership of cabling projects, from initial planning to installation and validation. You will engage with external contractors, ensuring they are onboarded effectively and that their work aligns with project goals. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to determine device and cabling requirements, scheduling resources to meet project timelines. Your role will involve assessing the quality of installations and making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with AWS standards. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise during the deployment process, ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget. Your leadership will guide the team in maintaining the highest standards of safety and security throughout the deployment process.
