Onsite Medical Representative • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have experience in providing medical support in workplace settings, ideally as an Onsite Medical Representative or in a similar role. You understand the importance of workplace health and safety and are committed to advocating for the wellbeing of employees. You are comfortable assessing and administering first aid, and you have a strong understanding of OSHA regulations and risk management principles. You are a proactive communicator, able to engage with new hires and existing associates to promote health and safety practices. You are passionate about continuous learning and improving workplace safety standards.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work closely with the WHS Site Manager and WHS Specialist to ensure a safe working environment for all associates. You will attend weekly safety committee meetings and participate in case management reviews as necessary. Your primary responsibility will be to assess and administer first aid to associates, providing guidance on both occupational and non-occupational injuries or illnesses. You will also refer associates to outside medical providers when necessary, ensuring they receive the appropriate care. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety and wellness at Amazon, advocating for best practices and supporting the health of your colleagues.
