What you'll do

As an Operations Intern at Amazon, you will be at the heart of our operations, gaining hands-on experience in Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations. You will work closely with managers to understand how they engage their teams and ensure performance meets customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data, mapping processes, and identifying areas for improvement. You will offer and test potential solutions, implementing the best ones to enhance service levels. You will interact with technology development teams and front-line associates, contributing to solutions for complex business challenges.
