You are comfortable lifting up to 49 pounds and can stand or walk for extended periods, adapting to variable temperatures and noise levels. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with support teams to achieve business objectives.

What you'll do

As an Area Manager II at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly workforce members, focusing on their engagement and performance. You will manage safety protocols, quality assurance, and productivity metrics to ensure that customer delivery promises are met. You will collaborate with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources, to develop and implement plans that align with business goals.
