What you'll do

As a Graduate Shift Manager at Amazon, you will participate in an extensive 11-week onboarding program designed to prepare you for your leadership responsibilities. After your training, you will take charge of your own team, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. You will be responsible for enforcing safety regulations and environmental standards, making sure that your team adheres to these critical guidelines. You will analyze key performance indicators related to safety, productivity, and quality, using this data to recommend and implement process improvements. Leading and mentoring a team of up to 100 employees, you will conduct regular team meetings and feedback sessions to foster a collaborative environment. You will also engage in cross-departmental projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing workflows. Your role will require effective resource management and the ability to adapt to changing operational needs.
