What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the inventory control and quality assurance teams at Amazon's Contwig location. You will be responsible for creating and promoting a culture of safety and well-being among your team members. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you assess operational processes and implement changes to maintain high quality and productivity levels. You will supervise projects aimed at streamlining processes and improving service quality for customers in your area of responsibility. Additionally, you will work closely with colleagues at the leadership level to ensure that operational procedures are standardized across shifts.
