What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a maintenance team during your shift, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and operational standards. You will monitor equipment performance through visual inspections and condition-based monitoring, scheduling additional maintenance as needed to minimize downtime. Your responsibilities will include problem-solving on equipment issues to reduce operational disruptions and facilitate the swift processing of packages. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of systems and standardization of processes across the EU network, ensuring that the team remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
