What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of maintenance engineers, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed and that equipment is maintained to the highest standards. You will conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance checks, scheduling additional reviews as necessary. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the technical staff during shifts, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance. You will also be tasked with identifying and implementing process improvements across the EU network to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
