What you'll do
In this role, you will undergo an extensive 11-week onboarding program designed to prepare you for your responsibilities as a leader. After your training, you will take charge of your own team, ensuring that they deliver goods to customers on time and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, while also identifying opportunities for process improvements based on key performance indicators. Leading a team of up to 100 employees, you will plan and manage internal processes, participate in projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction, and effectively manage resources and workflows. Regular team meetings and feedback sessions will be part of your routine, allowing you to foster a collaborative and motivated work environment.
